Please allow 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is placed for processing and verification before your order is shipped.
You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created.
Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday after 5PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend, will be processed the next business day.
*For any national weather delays, please allow 1 additional business day for processing.
Returns
Returns, refunds and/or cancellations are currently not allowed for online purchases.
If you would like to replace an item, you can reach out to our support team and request an exchange— please read further details below.
Exchange Policy
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions.
All exchanges must be authorized by us before exchanging merchandise. Simply contact our Customer Support team by emailing bluemensclothing@gmail.com within 14 business days of the order's delivery date. If authorized, domestic orders will be provided a prepaid shipping label if, and only if, there was a store error. If you already have an account with the website go to this link account.bluemenclothing.com to request a return. Once our Customer Support approves it we'll give you the address to shipped the clothes too.
After receiving the merchandise, we require up to 5 business days to process the exchange.
Please Note: Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Blue Men Clothing LLC. Underwear, swimwear, and other merchandise marked final sale cannot be exchanged. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for providing their own return label unless they were sent the wrong item(s).
We currently do not accept exchanges for international orders.
